AGL is one of Australia’s leading integrated energy companies and the largest ASX listed owner, operator and developer of renewable energy generation in the country. Earlier in 2016 they announced a three-year, $300 million digital transformation plan which encompassed everything from internal systems to customer-facing IT.

Working with leading creative ad agency McCann, PurpleMonky were tasked with creating a video to attract top talent to join AGL’s digital team to help them achieve their transformative goals.

Through a collaborative approach between AGL, McCann and PurpleMonky, the result is a human-centric message on the companies culture, environment and career opportunities.
